Welcome to elisacantu.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Elisa Cantu, a Missouri licensed real estate salesperson affiliated with Show-Me Realty, her supervising broker. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Real estate licensing disclosure

Elisa Cantu is a real estate salesperson licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission. She is affiliated with Show-Me Realty, 423 N. Maguire, Warrensburg, MO 64093, office phone 660-747-1290. All real estate brokerage services are provided through Show-Me Realty. Elisa Cantu does not operate an independent brokerage.

2. No brokerage relationship from using the Site

Using this Site, reading its content, or contacting Elisa Cantu does not create a brokerage, agency, or other professional relationship. Under Missouri law, Show-Me Realty must have a written brokerage agreement signed by you before providing brokerage services to you as a buyer or a seller. You will also receive the Missouri Broker Disclosure Form, as Missouri law requires, before we discuss the specifics of your real estate needs.

3. Use of the Site

The Site provides general information about real estate services in Warrensburg and the surrounding Johnson County, Missouri area. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

If you contact us, we may reply by the same method you used. 8. Wire fraud warning

Never wire money based only on emailed or texted instructions. Elisa Cantu and Show-Me Realty will never send you wiring instructions by email or text. Before sending any funds, call your title company or closing attorney at a phone number you have verified yourself.

9. Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos, and design of the Site belong to Elisa Cantu, Show-Me Realty, or their licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. The Show-Me Realty name and logo are used with the broker's permission.

10. Third-party services and links

The Site is hosted by an outside website platform and may link to websites run by others, such as lenders, listing services, or local resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
