This Privacy Policy explains how Elisa Cantu, a Missouri licensed real estate salesperson affiliated with Show-Me Realty (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information through elisacantu.com (the “Site”).

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and details about the home or help you are looking for. The Site does not currently use contact forms.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and its hosting provider may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to run and secure the Site.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

4. Text messages

We will send marketing text messages only if you have given your express written consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

5. Cookies, fonts, and tracking

The Site does not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers, and it does not currently use analytics tools. The website platform may set essential cookies needed for the Site to work and stay secure. The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Because there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, the Site does not respond to them, but it does not track you across other websites.

6. Protecting your information

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of personal information occurs, we will notify affected people, and the Missouri Attorney General when required, as Missouri law requires (Section 407.1500, RSMo).

We never ask for your Social Security number, bank account numbers, or wiring information through this Site, email, or text. If anyone claiming to be us asks for these, call the Show-Me Realty office at 660-747-1290 before responding.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information as long as needed to respond to you, provide services, and meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements.

8. Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete your contact information, or to stop contacting you, at any time using the contact details below. We will honor your request unless we must keep the information for legal or record-keeping reasons.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
